Introducing The World to 4K
by 4KHUB Contributor, Andre ElijahEarlier this week I participated in a panel discussion regarding the history and future of 4K video production: its benefits, drawbacks, and considerations - particularly for the world of broadcast. The group wanted to understand the workflow implications of acquiring in 4K and what the cost difference would be, especially in terms of storage needs and editing complexity. So the workshop veered in that direction and led to very interesting discussion topics that I thought I’d share with you.
Aerial Shoot for Panasonic & the New GH4K

I’ve been using a Canon DSLR on my midrange octocopter, but was very excited to be able to swap it out for a camera that is very close in size and weight yet shoots the higher resolution. I am most likely going to replace the Canon with the Panasonic as my default camera for that particular setup.
